If you have a problem, the plugin should fix it. Period. There are some things that can’t be fixed. This may or may not be one of them. Errors like this can only be taken on a site-by-site basis. There are too many factors that can cause issues to say exactly what’s going on without looking at it myself. I can look at if you’d like, I just need an admin account. The functionality is completely intentional. Many users wish to use admin functionality on the front-end, so when using Shared SSL and Force SSL Administration, links to the front-end are secured unless Force SSL Exclusively is on. This is done this way under the hood so that I don’t have to add more options. There are enough and I don’t want to add more or change them.
I assure you, the URL’s you see in the admin panel in no way reflect reality. The only reason you’re seeing them with your SSL is because the plugin is filtering all occurrences of your HTTP URL in page and post links. Again, this is intentional.

For the record, what you’re seeing in the admin panel isn’t the permalink. Either URL will work for the link, depending on your settings. It’s not one or the other unless you’re using Force SSL Exclusively.
I believe I fixed this last night when another user pointed out that the drag and drop functionality in Appearance > Menus wasn’t working. That allowed me to fix a bug that could have easily broken other admin pages.
How about if there’s a bug, I’ll fix it? Lol.

I’m a contractor and I wrote the plugin. You would have been better off hiring me. At least you got it working.
Try the development version. If you still receive a blank page, check your error logs. Some users have had issues with hitting PHP’s memory limit.
I’m not sure if the plugin has been tested with Bluehost’s Shared SSL yet.
If you could give me admin access and FTP access to a WordPress install on your server and the Shared SSL URL, I may be able to get the plugin to work on Bluehost. Some Shared SSL’s will never work.

Looks like your theme requires WP E-commerce. Enable it and try again and let me know what the error is.
