Try by deleting the plugin directory directly from your WordPress installation’s wp-contents/plugins/product-csv-import-export-for-woocommerce directory and then install the plugin as a fresh install.

To import images there are two ways, one by adding the full URL in the CSV which will fetch the image from the URL. Another method is to upload the images to the media library and then use the filename (eg: image1.jpg) in the CSV. The images will connect with the products.
Please refer the documentation to understand the media library entry dupication.

Sorry, our plugin does not support the custom payment amount as of now. But we will plan the same for our future upgrade.
