RTL Language

i just need to add RTL to the template
our shipping address is writin in arabic lang there are big problem when print into arabic with numbers. i try to modify the template and theme, no changes happens.
can we just add “RTL” option ?

like this as our address ” العنوان : 1 شارع سوق التوفيقية”

the building number must be in right side not left
