Please check by removing column comment_ID from CSV. Also your CSV not seems an UTF-8 encoded. See the screenshot

We haven’t any other reports for the same issue.Just tested successfully by below column.

Check with updating the sample CSV with the plugin.product_id can be empty if it’s unknown.So the column can be like below
name:Auguga|product_id:|sku:112359|quantity:1|total:99|refunded:0|tax:0Hi @gekomees,
Try like below,name:Auguga toorkivi, roosa kvarts (4 cm)|product_id:XXX|sku:112359|quantity:1|total:99|refunded:0|tax:0
In the line_item column,it’s required to have the product_id before the sku.

There is no difference in WC get fee function in WC 2 and 3. I just tested this with WC 3.0.5 and fee is exporting correct.
