Hi @rkdevox,
Most of our image-based blocks rely on our CDN to pickup the image and then load it from there. Since your website is currently not public, it’s likely this is the reason why the images aren’t working.
Do let us know whether that persists when the website is made public.

Hi @reeyleow,
Jetpack is fully compatible with WordPress and its Block Editor (which you must be using since you are adding a gallery block). I tested on the Blockbase theme and everything worked correctly.
Please reach out to our support here, so you can share with us some access credentials so we can look into this more closely from our end.
Hi @i-createweb,
With using the Jetpack Carousel, we’ve meant that you use the Jetpack Carousel feature by inserting a standard image block as explained in our documentation. Since the ACF solution has its own Gallery Field, it’s not possible for us to provide you with custom code or a snippet to use the Carousel with it.
I’d suggest checking with their support and sharing with them the Jetpack Carousel actions and filters at the bottom of the page here, so they can make the adjustments on their plugin to work with it.

Hi @nichlee
I can see that you have attempted to install Jetpack and finally were able to do so, but that you currently have an issue getting the connection to work.
I’ve looked closely, and found that your XML-RPC endpoint doesn’t work, as it’s showing a 403 Forbidden error. I’d suggest reaching out to your hosting provider and requesting that they make that endpoint available, just as you can see in this example.
You can then attempt to connect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account and follow the entire connection process.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Caching pages and Youtube embeds?Hi @julianoe,
Thanks for sharing your website! I haven’t been able to check it since Jetpack isn’t installed and connect there at the moment, I suppose you have deleted it for that cause.
From the error, this seems to be related to the Content Security Policy, do you use any plugin that manages that for you? A security plugin more precisely, something such as WordFence, or Sucuri. If so, I’d suggest checking the settings for the CSP and make adjustments there to allow the Youtube embed to work (which is referred to as an iFrame.) I’d suggest clearing the cache after doing that (if you are using a caching plugin).
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [Jetpack Social] Fatal error always occurs on certain pagesHi @davidanderson,
I can see you mentioned running into fatal errors when visiting certain URLs on your website, can you share one as an example? Meanwhile, did you try to reinstall Jetpack Social?
If you are able to temporarily disable your other plugins, and check whether those errors are still appearing, that would definitely help uncovering whether there are other plugins clashing with it.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi @chellypi22,
Jetpack allows you to automatically share your posts to social networks, including Instagram, through the Publicize feature. However, Jetpack’s Publicize feature doesn’t include options to limit the number of posts shared per day or to set specific time intervals between shares.
To manage post frequency and timing, you might need to schedule posts to be published within a certain time so they also get shared, at the same time.
If you’re looking for an alternative method within Jetpack, consider manually sharing posts to control the frequency and disable automated sharing that could lead to notifications from Instagram:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Image auto resizeHi @sunnelson,
I see you mentioned having issues centering your images and make the full size; however, I don’t see any of the pictures you have inserted, and the link you have shared leads to a “blocked” page.
Can you share more about which specific block you are using? Are you using our Site Accelerator CDN?

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] activate not workingHi @williamwps,
I can see that you are having issues with the file/folder permissions using WP Super Cache.
Can you confirm that your entire wp-content directory is writable? Since the plugin writes to a temporary file and then overwrites wp-cache-config.php, the directory has to be writable. You should be able to do that from your hosting’s file manager.
Let us know what you get.
Hi @llilly0,
I can see you mentioned migrating your website to another hosting provider, and there the site was on a staging-like, maintenance/coming soon mode.
That would definitely affect the Jetpack connection, so it was better to wait for the DNS propagation to finish (which should be the case a few days ago already now).
Have you been able to fully connect Jetpack at this point? If not, we’d appreciate if you can share your website, so we can advise precisely depending at which stage it is.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi @tellytap,
The Jetpack Subscribe Block shouldn’t be showing on pages, and only on posts. Can you share your website’s URL so we can look closely?
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi @loyukfai,
Assisting with custom CSS changes related to the Jetpack features and widgets such as the Top Posts and Pages Widget is outside of our support scope; however, you may have a shot achieving that using the Visual CSS Style Editor plugin.
Do note that since this is a third-party plugin, we can’t assist or provide specific steps for it.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Paying for stats? HAHAHAHi @bookishbrews,
It seems like you have concerns about being charged for Jetpack Stats. Jetpack’s site stats feature is actually free to use for personal websites/blogs. You don’t need to pay to access the basic stats provided by Jetpack if you run a personal site.
If your website was classified as commercial, then Jetpack Stats would require an upgrade. We refer to a website as commercial if it does any of what’s mentioned in our documentation:
https://jetpack.com/blog/updates-to-jetpack-stats-for-commercial-sites/
If have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to this thread.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Possibility of complaint?Hi @hajorenner,
I can see that you are getting an error related to the Jetpack connection, I’d suggest cycling the connection by reinstalling Jetpack:

Let us know what you get after that.
