Thank you for your reply, do you have a list of known plugins that clash with datatables? Perhaps I can disable the plugin that is causing the problem.
Also thank you for the css…am I right in thinking it is for that specific table? So I would need to add css like this for every table I created?
I have now added the css but I’m not seeing any change yet, what do you see?

I’ll keep checking.
Thank you Jamie

In reply to: [Special Recent Posts] Widget skewing theme in old mobile browsersYikes…well that’s above my pay grade! π
Okay, so do you think it’s safe to say that this problem is only showing up on a very small handful of devices?
I have no idea what I was doing wrong before but I have sussed it now.
Replace <title>< whatever you have ></title>
from headerphp and replace with
<title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title>
Then untick “Force rewrite titles” in Yoast WordPress SEO: Titles if you had previously ticked it.
Well this is doing my head in. I have just started 2 new sites. Both using the same theme. One works fine with the SEO yoast plugin while the other is experiencing the problems stated above.
See http://www.cutekitties.net
I appreciate the attempted answers above but is anyone in a position to now give a step by step answer to resolve this issue. That is to say if new code need to be added, where exactly must it be added and does it need to replace anything.
I’ve looked hard but can’t see what the difference is between my 2 sites that makes one work but not the other.
Cheers,
Jamie

In reply to: Can’t get my image to align centreHi kmessinger,
You are of course right re pasting from word and i have redone them with your suggestions. http://muchbetternow.com/ Hopefully they look better now, thanks.
Re image I have been using the add image feature and within visual editor all looks great but on the site as you see no joy. It’s supposed to be aligned centre. As mentioned I think it’s to do with the theme and I may need to edit the stylesheet, however that’s all new to me so I’m not sure what to add in and what to take out.
If you reckon it’s not the theme stylesheet then is there anything else that might be causing “image feature” disfunction?
Thanks for your advice so far.
