In reply to: News Letter Sign Up FormYou would need to reach out to whoever developed your theme. Either something changed with it or a plugin that was allowing sidebars on specific pages or page templates.
The other option could be that someone changed the page template that the pages themselves used. (This is a guess as I do not know what was there previously.)

How did you change the site name?
Regarding database, most hosting providers have a way to access it without access to the site. They generally refer to updating the URLs for the site if that was not done correctly.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Forcing Woo to check for a unique email addressI just tested using an existing email address when trying to checkout and make a new account using a fresh install of WordPress 4.9+ and WooCommerce 3.6.2. How are they registering for these classes? If it is using an account created normally through WooCommerce then the email address has to be unique.
However, most couples I have dealt with tend to use a shared email address for a lot of things.
I would have to assume you are allowing guest purchases? If so, make accounts required to checkout other wise you will have to find a different method to validate the email address as guest just places the order without validating information.

If you go under WooCommerce > Status and look at the bottom does it show any templates getting overwritten? Also what version of WP and Woo are you using along with plugins?
There is a topic on the main WooCommerce page that explains what to add to help with things like this.
Nice find. What theme is that if you don’t mind me asking?
