IT’s very bizarre situation. Emails are sending fine via the contact form to an email address at the same domain, however they do not appear to be sending via Woocommerce. This would indicate that the problem is with something in Woocommerce?

Generally, the issues is not with WooCommerce itself.

As @mtruitt references generally this is not related to WooCommerce and a good way to see if emails are being sent but not received is by installing this plugin below and then processing a test order.

If you install a plugin titled WP Mail Logging on your site you will be able to see all emails which are being sent our via WordPress, when those emails were sent and to whom they were sent too from your WordPress admin dashboard.

If emails are logged this indicates they are being sent out and it’s worth setting up emails to be sent via SMTP if that is the case.
