hello ,

i have sent this report to wftest @ wordfence . com using this step. : Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page : “Send Report by Email”.

1 . When I scan site with WordFence, sometimes the scan fails and sometimes it completes the site scan.
2 . After the scan, a yellow color triangle alert appears on the Server State and Vulnerability Scan.
