Hi @mssolanki,
If you’ve already tried all of the steps on the link provided, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
Thanks,
Peter.
Hello ,
I have sent email on wftest@wordfence.com.
hello ,
i have sent this report to wftest @ wordfence . com using this step. : Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page : “Send Report by Email”.
1 . When I scan site with WordFence, sometimes the scan fails and sometimes it completes the site scan.
2 . After the scan, a yellow color triangle alert appears on the Server State and Vulnerability Scan.
Hi @mssolanki, thanks for sending your diagnostic report over.
I am seeing a wp_remote_post() failure with the site connecting back to itself and noted that you’re using Cloudflare for IP detection, so you may need to add your site’s IP to the whitelist:
- Login to Cloudflare
- Go to “Firewall”
- Click the “Firewall Rules” tab
- Click “Create a Firewall rule”
- Name the rule under “Rule Name”
- Set the “Field” under “When incoming requests match…” to “IP Address”
- Enter your site’s IP address under “Value”
- At the bottom, under “Then…Choose an action” change “Block” to “Allow”
- Click “Deploy
You can discover your site’s IP in Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Connectivity > IP(s) used by this server. Our IPs, should you also need to add those using the process above, are available at: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range
Once you have added your site to the Cloudflare Whitelist, head back over to your site and attempt another scan.
Thanks,
Peter.
