Hi @codlips,
In regards to – Error: Postage policy is required. (21919152)
There are 2 ways that you can setup your shipping options, return options, and payment options in WP-Lister. For each one you can either –
1.) Use a policy from your eBay account that was created directly on eBay ( For example, a shipping policy is selected either in the edit product page or listing profile. In the listing profile it is labelled shipping policy (beta)) and you can select a policy from your eBay account.) If you don’t see any postage policies you will need to create one on eBay and then refresh your account details.
You can read more about policies here –
http://docs.wplab.com/article/103-enable-and-use-ebay-shipping-profiles2.) Manually insert the values for each option in WP-Lister
In a recent change, eBay no longer allows you to mix and match these 2 options for eBay accounts. You either manually enter the data in for shipping, returns, and payments, or you use policies for all 3. You cannot use a policy for shipping, and manually enter in data for returns and payments.Other users that were having the same problem as you have, made the necessary changes above and their errors cleared successfully.
Error: You’ve provided an invalid returns policy. (#21917329)
This error means that you are providing a setting or option in your returns policy that is no longer allowed or supported by eBay. If you are using a return policy from eBay, you will need to login to eBay and correct the no longer supported option, then update your eBay account details with WP-Lister by browsing to WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Mouse over your account > Click refresh account details. Then revise the listing.
If you are setting your return policy options directly in the listing profile on WP-Lister you will need to remove the setting eBay no longer allows. eBay will also be able to tell you which setting needs to be removed in your returns policy also if you cannot figure out which setting is causing the problem.
Error: You’ve provided an invalid payment policy. (21917328)
This is the exact same issue as – Error: You’ve provided an invalid returns policy. (#21917329) but in regards to the payment policy, everything above I discussed about the invalid returns policy applies to this error but for the payment policy.
Kind regards,
Menchie

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] epid product identifiersHi louisapple,
You need to please refresh your account details. “Updating” your account in WP-Lister will not make those newly created eBay store categories visible in WP-Lister, you must refresh your account details on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister.

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Inventory functionHi @louisapple,
I think what you’re looking for is the Strike Through Pricing (STP) option. Which you can enable in your profile – http://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/documentation/profiles/#Other_Options
You can find out more about it here – Using the Strike Through Pricing (STP) option

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Invalid store category ID (20169)Hi @louisapple,
You’re welcome!:)
I’m sorry but no, when you manually change your listing on eBay WP-Lister plugin won’t get notified of your changes and will even overwrite them if you revise the listing from WP-Lister.
As you may already know, once you started using WP-Lister, your WooCommerce listings will become your “central database” (not eBay) where you should create new products and apply all your changes.
This is also explained here – What happens when I manually change a listing on eBay?
Kind regards,
Menchie

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Invalid store category ID (20169)Hi @louisapple,
Also, I should mention that when you receive this warning or error message, then it’s very likely that eBay made some changes to their category hierarchy and that a former leaf category became a main leaf category now-because eBay added some child categories, which happens all the time…
The right thing to do here is to first update the eBay details to have WP-Lister fetch the eBay categories again. Then you can check the category in the profile or wherever it’s defined and make sure it’s a leaf category.

Menchie
