In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for Amazon] Amazon AustraliaHi @dhb-web,
It should be sooner rather than later. We are working with another user to get all of the feed template and BTG files so we can set up Amazon AU for WP-Lister. I cannot say exactly when it will be ready but I would think within the next couple of weeks. You can always check the Changelog for updates.

WP Lab SupportHi @redjersey,
Sorry, I misread that. I thought you were asking about a hook when revising listings on eBay.
Unfortunately, there’s no hook for the “Update status from eBay” action yet. Our developer can add it to your site if you can please send us support ticket here – https://www.wplab.com/request-support/
Kind regards,
Menchie
WP Lab SupportHi @redjersey,
Please use this: wplister_listing_revised
This will be fired right after a listing has been revised on eBay and it passes 2 parameters – Item ID and the listing as an array.

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] eBay and Amazon Plugin togetherHi @csxilin ,
Yes, both plugins (WP-Lister for Amazon and eBay – Pro version) will work hand in hand to sync your inventory across all three platforms – Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce.
The Pro version of the plugin has the inventory sync feature that when enabled it can reduce stock quantity in WooCommerce when an item is sold on eBay and vice versa.
How the sync inventory feature works is explained in great details here:
WP-Lister for eBay – https://docs.wplab.com/article/41-how-the-inventory-sync-works
WP-Lister for Amazon – https://docs.wplab.com/article/114-inventory-syncI’m sorry but we don’t provide discount as of the moment except for renewals or up to 5 sites or up to 25 sites license keys.

Menchie

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for Amazon] Import from amazonHi gargtradinghouse,
On WP-Lister > Settings you can set the “Update Interval” to “Manual” so the update on Amazon won’t push automatically. But please note that this will not sync the sales as well.

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Bug: Shipping discount profile wrong infoHi @redjersey,
First off, please make sure you added the new account and created the new listing profile the right way:
In order to add another eBay site/user to your WP-Lister, the first thing you need to do is go to accounts, add a new account and connect to the eBay site with that account, the same way you did with your first account. Once you do that, you will want to go back to accounts and refresh your eBay details.
Once you have done that, you will now need to create new listing profiles. Within the new listing profile, you will now notice a new section to the right labeled “Accounts”. Here you will click the radio button next to the new account then proceed to setup your listing profile. Once you have done that, you will then select listings and list them to eBay the same way you did before, but when you select the listing profile you will select the profile that is connected to the new account which is connected to the new eBay site/user.
If that is what you did and you’re still having issues, please send us support ticket here – https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ so we can investigate the issue.
Kind regards,
Menchie

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Error#717 Product WeightHi @webmaster1234,
Do you happen to be using a shipping policy from eBay in your listing profile?
If you are using a shipping policy, that will override any and all shipping settings that are set in the listing profile or edit product page. So, the first thing I would check is what is the unit weight set in Woocommerce for? Is it pounds, ounces? It needs to be set to whatever the weight unit is on the eBay marketplace you are listing to.
So, if the eBay marketplace uses pounds, it should be set to pounds in your Woocommerce settings as well.Secondly, if you are using a shipping policy you can try disabling the shipping policy and momentarily using settings set up in the listing profile, if the error clears, then you know it is some setting in the shipping policy which needs to be fixed, in that case, you would fix the policy on eBay, then refresh your account details in WP-Lister, then verify the listing.

WP Lab SupportHi @refurbixd
You will need to insert the label “Type” as an item specific then add a value to it. The item specifics window should open when you add a primary category to your listing profile or edit product page. Or you can make an attribute called “Type” assign it one value and WP-Lister will send that attribute as an item specific to eBay.
You can read more about item specifics here:
http://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/documentation/profiles/#Item_Specifics

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Ebay AffiliateHi @wvpalarao,
If you have access to the accounts- which means you have the username & password to log in to (other) eBay accounts then you can use the importer plugin to import listings. However, it will be imported on your site as your own product and not just as affiliate products.
You will need to connect WP-Lister to your eBay account and that requires username & password. Please see this documentation – https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/documentation/installation/#1_Connect_your_eBay_account
Please note that WP-Lister plugin is needed when you want to use the importer plugin.
See the complete requirements here – https://www.wplab.com/plugins/import-from-ebay-to-woocommerce/
