The funny thing is, last night is the first time anyone ever actually used my contact form (other than when testing it myself). It was probably spam, but I’ll always wonder…
I’m unclear, are you saying it took 30 minutes to resolve, or that it will take 30 minutes for them to resolve?
I just tested and it isn’t resolved for me. And the support person I spoke to said it’s up to the plug-in vendor to deal with. Sadly, I guess I need to scramble and change to some other contact method.
I am having the exact same problem. Also hosted by IONOS/1&1 (the two companies merged). Contact worked fine in the past. I guess the host did something that messed things up.
