Data not pulling through

    The data entered on my contact forms has stopped pulling through, i still get the email but the data does not come through, i just get the below;

    From: [your-name]
    Email:[your-email]
    Phone Number: [phone-number]
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]

    This has happened across all of my sites that is using contact form 7 and i have not made any amends to the forms that would have resulted in this.

    Please advise on what may have caused this and potential fixes ASAP.

    Hi,

    It causing MU-PLUGIN newly updated on Managed WordPress hosting in IONOS servers. Kindly let them to fix the issue..

    I am having the exact same problem. Also hosted by IONOS/1&1 (the two companies merged). Contact worked fine in the past. I guess the host did something that messed things up.

    Hey all, this is now resolved, contacted IONOS and they resolved within 30 minutes or so… however could not do anything about the lost data

    I’m unclear, are you saying it took 30 minutes to resolve, or that it will take 30 minutes for them to resolve?

    I just tested and it isn’t resolved for me. And the support person I spoke to said it’s up to the plug-in vendor to deal with. Sadly, I guess I need to scramble and change to some other contact method.

    Once I contacted IONOS on live chat they put a ticket in and i got an email around half an hour later saying it was resolved, and when i checked it out all was good…

    the message i got was “Thank you for contacting 1&1 IONOS. We would like to inform you that we have now manually disabled the “cosy-address-book” on your Managed WordPress websites and your Contact Form 7 should now be up and running.”

    Thanks for the details. My phone support person was much less helpful! Thankfully, it’s pretty easy to change to a new plug-in. Thanks Contact Form 7 for being my first contact plug-in!

    The funny thing is, last night is the first time anyone ever actually used my contact form (other than when testing it myself). It was probably spam, but I’ll always wonder…
