In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] mobileThanks, i don’t believe i use any cache plugins, so just using the mobile application is fine without all the other addons?
I guess the mobile template requires setting up or does it automatically strip unwanted formatting etc?so trying to include say
#_LOCATIONTOWN #_LOCATIONSTATEinto yoast seo title tag would not be possible?
The issue i,m trying to sort is getting the event name and location both in titleForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] mobileso would jet pack work just using the mobile feature?

In reply to: movingwould it work if i created the new site fresh install, new database then when set up just copy the database backup across
actually we just migrated the original site from one server to other and from memory we only changed a few settings config to point to database. but i guess domain remained the same

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] mobilesee jetpack offers mobile solution but i also read this
http://jetpack.me/troubleshooting/known-issues/
You currently cannot use Jetpack Tiled Galleries when the Events Manager plugin is active on your site which is fine i,m not after that but has
anyone used jetpack with EM for mobile use?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] event listset it to 20, with pages and put a rel=”canonical” to an all events page, best of both worlds then ;-))
would be nice to have got pagination=1 working but seems to make no difference.
Could i instead of limit=xx have page by month so each month has a separate page??Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] event listso having for instance like you have on here
http://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/shortcode/
[events_list scope="future" limit=5 pagination=1]
although the page does not change hitting 1,2,3, etc obviously content does and you say google will see the other pages? how would you alter title tags etc if no “real” page is created?actually testing it setting pagination=1 makes no difference i still get event-list/?pno=3 etc
what is the best way to set these if say you have 100 events obviously you dont want a list of 100 so is just adding a limit=xx better?
if it is not default events page then are you not meant to place
[events_list]under CONTENTS

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Version 5.5 changesOk will explain again what i,m rambling on about;-)
Currently i have version 5.4.4
I have modified files /where.php, location.php, event-editor.php, and location-editor.php all of which are in /themes/plugins/events-manager.When the latest update is released as i understand it where.php, location.php, event-editor.php, and location-editor.php are among the files that are updated in the new release.
So when i upgrade those files will be updated in /wp-content/plugins/events-manager/ but will not touch my modified files in /themes/plugins/events-manager.
OK, so i will have the updated files but my OLD 5.4.4 files in my /themes/plugins/events-manager will over ride them, hence origianl point will these need deleting and me modify the updated files
