so i would need to create an #_LATT for registration page, therefore old events would they not be included unless i edited all? and would i do this

so trying to include say #_LOCATIONTOWN #_LOCATIONSTATE into yoast seo title tag would not be possible?
The issue i,m trying to sort is getting the event name and location both in title
unfortunately that might not work although I haven’t tried it yet.

would be a pretty nifty feature if a way was found to add event or location shortcodes into yoast seo.
actually, you should be able to do that with Yoast’s SEO plugin already with placeholders
I don’t see the point of parsing shortcode there though

good idea but the title was an easy one-liner, the description will have to be for another day
