I’ve re-doublechecked, and the content restriction options are definitely all not ticked.
I also read the doc you linked (thanks for that) and had a moment of hope when I saw the pms-restrict element, but the page in question is literally just a block with ‘Cart’ and then a block with ‘woocommerce_cart’, and nothing else.
Is there a way for the content restriction to be shelled from some other page perhaps? Or do you know of some buried woocommerce setting somewhere that might be pulling the functionality in?

Deactivating it does seem to fix the issue. I’m able to get to the cart page without logging in.When I edit the Cart page I see the content restriction section there, but I don’t see how to modify or remove it?

By guest user I mean someone who in’t logged in.
