Thank you for the quick reply. The regular price of the product is set at 28. It is a “bookable” product as opposed to a “simple” one if that makes any difference? So basically there is no sales price field under this setting.
I can change the price by doing what you suggested using the “drawer”. This basically changes the fields from a $0 with a cross though it and 28 next it to simply the 28 total. And at that point naturally the discount options work.
Still is there something a little bit off, it defaulting to a strange sale price config at the start. Its adding an extra step to our sales process which I would rather eliminate?
