the waiting time when loading this file is extremely long, sometimes it take 2000ms.

I got the same question with you

I have try to use image of dimension exactly 1200×630 or 600×315, but I still get the same warning

I just copy the url to facebook or using the theme built-in sharing buttons.
And I am using pipdig venture theme

Update

When i choose to use php mail() function to send,
it return a true value,
but i still cant receive that test email
