Thanks. Responded to this this morning (my local time).
UPDATE
– I installed this on a sub-site of a multisite. That didn’t work. So I tried it on another sub-site on the same site. Still the same problem.
– So then I went and installed this on a regular (NOT a multisite) site and I still got the same problem.
Just sent.
I have done the unplug-all-plugins-to-test-for-conflicts bit already – the problem remained even after I deactivated ALL the plugins (except Booking Ultra Pro).
I have my test site live and can give you the link if you provide an e-mail address.
When I click on FIND AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS button, it just goes on an endless “Please wait …” loop.
The other thing: I’ve installed this on the sub-site of a WP multisite. It’s only activated for that particular site at this stage.
#1 – Does your plugin work on WP multisites?
#2 – If yes, does it have to be network-activated or only on a site-by-site basis, as required?
OK, I will plug/unplug plugins to see which one could be causing it.
But a quick one note: the dropdown for services work just fine. If this is an AJAX problem, then that (services) dropdown shouldn’t work either, right? It’s only the dropdown for staff that’s not working.

In reply to: Page URL – mydomain.com/index.php/filenameThanks, Colin. I didn’t even think of the permalinks. I’m not sure why it automatically set up the permalinks the way it did. But, yes, I’m good now. Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 503 Service UnavailableI experienced this same problem yesterday on my Woocommerce site hosted with them (ie VentraIP).
It finally got fixed this morning – something to do with the way php.ini was reloading.
If this hasn’t been resolved on your site yet, go back to the VentraIP support team and tell them about how it has been fixed in my case.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Post/page comment in product tabThe link above should be: http://a3rev.com/shop/woocommerce-dynamic-gallery
I haven’t figured this out* but I suspect this is to do with the settings being on Admin-only for accessing the backend.
* I decided to upgrade to the PRO version where uploading for < Admin role works. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s possible to create a gallery with PRO, but that’s another story.
BTW, just need to add: the featured image upload works just fine from the frontend on author role.

In reply to: WP 3.5 – Don't I need to create blogs.dir? Thanks, Nelson. Yes, it is a clean stall, so looks like I’m off the blogs.dir hook on this particular site.

In reply to: [True Google 404] Formatting tweaksHi – I’m actually using the template that comes with the plugin. I’ve simply taken out some content that’s supposed to appear on the page, that’s all.

In reply to: [CaPa Protect] [Plugin: CaPa Protect] Huge list of warningsI encountered this same problem only on one site; the plugin worked everywhere else.
I later discovered that it was the theme that was causing these warning messages to be generated.
