My Profound – and sincere – apologies !!
I’d inadvertently selected the Kadence Icon list block ( the icon for which is ‘similar’ ) and THAT is where the problem lies !

Thanks for your reply, but….
When I search for ‘tools’ no icons are found!
When I enter ‘tool’, all I can see is the Toolbox icon:

This has me mystified, and without any idea of why this should happen or how to track down the ‘problem’ !!
As you can see – I’ve used many other Font Awesome Icons without difficulty…
Any advice ??

Sorry not to get back to you sooner…
I do, indeed, use the Blocksy theme for this site – and several others. Its Excellent !!
I’ve set up a staging copy of the site, and updated to the latest version of the plugin, so you can see the problem:

Click on any team member and the image is duplicated e.g.:

I should also let you know that I use some additional CSS to get Team to deliver the right ‘look’ – and prevent display of the short bio on the Team page.

thanks for checking this out – your contribution is much appreciated.
6 different people have now checked this out and – though each of these gets consistent results themselves – all combinations Success/Success, Fail/Fail, Success/Fail & Fail/Success have been reported – so it currently looks like Cacheing isn’t a consistent/driving factor here.
More likely – gut feel – suggests ‘undefined variable’ type scenario in some bit of code.
So thanks, again, for your help – but please mark this thread as closed….

Here’s what he had to say:
hey mike, we found the issue. at least a workaround but will file it as "will not fix" for the moment. Your page was created with a very old version of Gutenslider. Updating once and then migrating to 5 fixed it. Now it is running the most recent version and it works. What we did not test is, if it would also work by just hitting "Update" on the page after Gutenslider 5 is installed but we understood that you did? Thanks for the setup. As soon as more people write us with the issue we will consider rewriting the migration script. 1000 thanks, Niklas5* support from support@gutenslider.org
