One of our clients had the same issue. After disabling async, the notifications start working again. Thanks for the tip

Hey @abwaita and @rynald0s,

I’m sorry… I think I missed the previous message.
The problem is not solved yet.
We don’t use coupon generating plugin. Only WordPress and Woocommerce.

Other tips we can test?

We see the the same issue after updating to PHP 7.4.15.
Can you check if you use the same PHP version?

Thank you @webtoffee for the quick response.

When I take a look at the license tab in settings there is “License activated” We also have a license, starting with Licence: wc_order.

I hope you can help us to find/fix the problem.
