Export userinformation ultimatemember columns dissapeared

    Good morning,

    One of our customers is using your plugin for a while to export user information from the plugin ultimatemember. Now the problem, some of the columns they used to export disappeared. We haven’t changed the settings only updated everything.

    I hope you can help us to find/fix the problem.

    Hi @mijnbedrijfonline,

    The basic version of the plugin supports import/export of default WordPress user details only. Importing/exporting custom metadata created using the third party plugin is supported only in the premium version of the plugin.

    Could you please confirm whether you are having the basic version or the premium version of the plugin.

    Thank you @webtoffee for the quick response.

    When I take a look at the license tab in settings there is “License activated” We also have a license, starting with Licence: wc_order.

    I hope you can help us to find/fix the problem.
