The settings customization screen is disabled in Free version at this moment. But you can contact us at support@portfoliopluginwp.com and describe exactly which option you need and why? Might be our developers can provide you a custom path only for your special case.

At this moment CP plugin doesn’t support videos. Most probably in the upcoming updates we’ll support videos. But now it’s missing feature yet.

Most probably base64 encoding/decoding was the reason. Some ISPs don’t like them. We’ve already started working on this issue.
Please contact us at support@portfoliopluginwp.com and we’ll provide more detailed information regarding the issue. Let us know which viewer style your’e using. Might be the mentioned file is not necessary for your case, so you can remove it to fix the issue asap. Of cause this is a temporal resolution, but will work for sure.

Hi,
Mainly customization options are missing in Starter/Free packages. In other words you can setup your portfolio using Starter version and perform your customizations by writing your own custom CSS codes instead of using the User Interface CP Premium packages provide.
We’re working on updates, so lots of new features and customization options will be available for Free/Starter version very soon.
