We’ve pushed the Free version as a Demo for Premium one, that’s why lots of features are missing there. We never advertise Premium features to make a confusion and force our customer download it. Clearly we’ve separated them in description.
We always satisfied all of our customers (it doesn’t matter you’re running Free version or Premium one). If you persuade any specific feature, just let us know. For sure we’ll help you to achieve your goals too 😉note: We’re working on update package which will include lots of new features in Free version too. For sure you’ll be happy with it too 🙂

If you’re running Free version, it’s missing option. You should dig into the plugin files and remove the code chunk which handles js onclick events. But if you’re running Premium one, there is an option in portfolio settings section where you can either enable or disable popup viewers.

Seems you’ve misunderstood how to construct a portfolio correctly. First if all you should create a portfolio which can has multiple project items. Each project item can has 1 cover picture + unlimited other pictures (note: All the other pics related to the project will be shown as a detailed information inside the full screen viewer or popup when user clicks on the project’s cover from the layout). Seems you’ve created a portfolio with a single project which has cover pic + multiple other pics. You have only one project inside your portfolio that’s why you see only one tile on the layout. If the pictures which were assigned to the project as a other pics are different items, then create a project for each one. So you will see them inside the layout.

Hi,
In very near feature (the upcoming update package) we’ll support multiple instances on the same page. Currently the plugin supports just a single portfolio per page. You can have unlimited portfolios embedded on different pages. But if you put multiple short-codes on the same page only one of them will be appeared on front page.

When you enable “Show Project Title” or “Show Project Description” checkboxes, this doesn’t mean the title and description fields will appear for all kind of hover styles. Please make sure you’ve chosen a hover style which supports them. For example “Animated Buttons” or “Animated Overlays” don’t support, whereas “Animated Details” and “Animated Captions” support. Please play with the options to achieve the result you’ve expected.

Actually there are no code snippet with leaks where hackers can inject malicious codes and corrupt the database/backend. All the reported scripts by some ISPs handle front rendering and only pull data from database, but not push. This means, in point of technical view there is no way where hackers can insert/push something on your server through our plugin.
We also found why sometimes ISPs report some php scripts as malware. We use base64 encoding/decoding inside the scripts to pass encoded data from back-end to front-end. Sometimes ISP automated security scanners make false positive results on base64 encoders and decoders. Here are listed very interesting topics regarding the same issue you faced today.
