    We have the pro version installed running within ElegantThemes’ DIVI theme. We’ve installed Career Portfolio Pro and it works perfectly. The next morning its’s broken displaying this error message:

    ————–

    Warning: require_once(/home/thepixel/public_html/lecourts/wp-content/plugins/career-portfolio-premium/views/front/layouts/crp-front-tiled-layout-colorbox.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thepixel/public_html/lecourts/wp-content/plugins/career-portfolio-premium/views/front/crp-front.php on line 46

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/thepixel/public_html/lecourts/wp-content/plugins/career-portfolio-premium/views/front/layouts/crp-front-tiled-layout-colorbox.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/thepixel/public_html/lecourts/wp-content/plugins/career-portfolio-premium/views/front/crp-front.php on line 46

    ————–

    We re-install it. It works perfectly. The next morning we have the exact same error message. The file “crp-front-tiled-layout-colorbox.php” has disappeared over night. We have repeated this process 3 times now with the same results.

    The [broken] gallery can be viewed at:

    What is causing this and how can we fix it?

    Quick update to the problem. We have identified what’s going wrong, but not what’s causing it…

    My hosting server is deleting the file “crp-front-tiled-layout-colorbox.php” because it is identifying the file as a virus, so every night when it performs a scan and backup, it deletes/quarantines it.

    There is something in your code that an anti-virus doesn’t like – something that should concern you because it’s going to negatively affect your plugin’s reviews.

    Hi,

    Most probably base64 encoding/decoding was the reason. Some ISPs don’t like them. We’ve already started working on this issue.

    Please contact us at support@portfoliopluginwp.com and we’ll provide more detailed information regarding the issue. Let us know which viewer style your’e using. Might be the mentioned file is not necessary for your case, so you can remove it to fix the issue asap. Of cause this is a temporal resolution, but will work for sure.

    Hi everybody,

    We just pushed a new update ( v1.8.0 ) where the issue was resolved. Please check it out, it definitely should fix your issue.

    Best Regards,
    Support Team
