In reply to: [Plugin: Events Manager] – Bookings formI searched for a resolution to this but can’t seem to find one. I have a similar problem, but slightly different.
I have the event added and enabled for bookings. I have completed the booking&ticket option settings with all fields set = ‘Y’ except display login form = “N” because I dont want to require people to login to book the event.
On the events page in the Bookings/Registration area, the from & to dates keep disappearing each time I submit the form.
In addition, when I logout to test the booking, I don’t see the form on the events page to make the booking. What do I need to do to make this work correctly? I have tried everything I know and I can’t seem to resolve the issue
Issue resolved .

In reply to: [Form Manager] table settings doesn't exist errorOk, that solved the error by removing the email notifications. But, this opens a couple of questions:
1. is there a way to get notifications w/o the error?
2. I can’t seem to find where the form submissions are being stored? Where are they going?I am using Forms 1.3.10 and my host is Bluehost. again tied to find in the forum but could not find anything

In reply to: [Form Manager] table settings doesn't exist errormore assistance please. Again using wordpress 3.1.2 using Form Manager plugin v1.3.3.
Is it possible to make a form a link rather than have it as a form on a page? For example, click here to complete the form and the form opens when the user clicks on the link?
If so, how?
