Man, I figured out that WP Super Cache is the problem. When I actvate cache, the popup keep showing.
Then, I deactivate cache and the popup stops. And, if I activate cache again, the popup stop showing forever!
I dont know how to configure WP Super Cache to handle this problem.
I’ve just deactivated the W3TC plugin and WP-PostViews returned to count properly.
It seems to have a compatibility issue with W3TC caching plugin. I recommend another caching plugin, WP Super Cache.
Or maybe someone knows how to fix it and come to help us…. Anyone here???? =(
