I have just updated WP to 3.4 and Contact Form 7 to 3.2
Tried a test email and it worked ok.
Is phpMyAdmin the best method for database backup? Or is CPanel > ‘Download a MySQL Database Backup’ just as good.
The latter seems more straightforward because there are no options to tick.
