Unfortunately we will not be able to switch to twentytwenty since a lot of design work on our current theme would be lost.
Our previous developer already tried uninstalling other plug ins when the problem first occurred and the trigger plug in always seemed to be Big Commerce.
I am actually just the business owner and have a Developer Team from Arctic Leaf working on this. Would it be possible to create a dialog directly between Arctic Leaf and Big Commerce. I am afraid with me as the middle man in communication something may get lost.I updated all my plug ins in hopes it would have resolved itself for me as well but I am still getting the same issue.
It does give suggestions but they are all products, no info pages.
For example if I use ‘guarantee’ as a search term it should come up with our guarantee page as a link suggestion but instead it suggests products.Oh that would be fabulous. I just sent you an email with a couple of examples. Would be so great if you could make it work!
