In reply to: Visual Tab disappearedOk, I ended up buying a new computer because I was having serious issues with the other one. However, the visual tab is still not present!!!!!!!!!!! This is a brand new computer so there’s no issues but yet it’s still not there.

In reply to: Visual Tab disappearedIt occures in Chrome and IE–those are the only browseres I’ve tried so far. However, it works in Chrome on our other computer at our other home.
I’ve tried it with disabling the extensions and it still is not there.
That’s why I’m wondering if it’s maybe java or flash related? Perhaps this computer has something disabled or not functioning. Although, other flash and java things work fine.

In reply to: Visual Tab disappearedOk, it seems to be computer related. I was on vacation and able to access wordpress and see and use the visual tab on our other computer. However, I still cannot do so on this one. What would be causing that? Is it java related?

In reply to: Visual Tab disappearedyes, it started after the 3.9 release. We use UMC word press but have level 2 which isn’t the free level. They haven’t responded to my support ticket yet.

In reply to: Visual Tab disappearedIt’s not a free one but hosted through the United Methodist Church which stated it does not have FTP access but everything is designed to be done through WordPress.
