I think I found a solution for the above. It seemed to be an issue with permissions.

Just incase anyone else ever has a similar issue I followed the steps in this article https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-403-forbidden-error-in-wordpress/ for the section ‘Fix 403 Forbidden Error Caused by File Permissions in WordPress’.

Thanks for getting back to me @wpclever . I am looking to purchase the pro plugin. Before I purchase, can I confirm that the features I explained in my post above are something that are/will be possible to achieve in the current pro version or next update?
