Same issue, When I set up the Facebook for Woocommerce the first catalog upload is OK but the syncing option is not working and there’s a message saying the option has been disabled by the plugin itself due to security reasons.

Please also be sure to send over your system status so we can get a better idea of what might be going on. You can grab it by going to:
WooCommerce > StatusΒ and clicking onΒ Get system report.
@yarintosh – Is this also to do with bundled products? If so, can you please also send in a support request so we can investigate here? (Please also include your system status and a screenshot of any error messages.)
If it’s not to do with bundled products, can you please share the screenshot of the error message here?

Hi Julie I don’t have bundled products, all products are ticked for Facebook Sync but since the first time, when I have installed the plugin and it synced my store, nothing happens now.
Unfortunately, I cant show you the message because it was one time and I already closed it.

Are you using any security plugins, such as Wordfence, or any others, which might be preventing communication between your site and Facebook? If so, would you please try disabling them temporarily to see if you can get a sync going?

Hi Julie, I have disabled Wordfence buy I don’t think it has anything to do with that.
I don’t even see the option for a manual Sync or scheduled one.
By itself nothing really happens.

Right, there should be automatic sync attempts every hour or so. Can you please let me know if you’re still encountering this issue?
If so, can you please enable the Debug Mode from the Facebook for WooCommerce settings page? That might have more information as to why the sync isn’t happening.
