In reply to: How to link post to facebook (for blog, not personal facebook)If you want your posts to go to your Blog’s Facebook page, you can use a FB App. One I use a lot is called RSS Graffiti.
If you want a lot more integration and stats, etc…. I’d look into the developer tools Facebook offers, or the official FB Plugin for WordPress. The developer tools will take somewhat of a technical ability (or at least willingness to learn via trial and error).

In reply to: WordPress on smartphone – different fontI don’t think Tahoma is one of the fonts that iPhone supports. There is a list here, but I’m not sure how accurate it is. Hope this helps.

In reply to: Change slug with custom field in wordpressActually, I don’t think it breaks the link anymore. I change slugs all the time, and WP is smart enough to tell the difference. Not sure when this changed, but I know it was just talked about at WordCamp in SF on Saturday. “It just works” was the comment.

In reply to: posting errorLook like a problem with that plugin. What is your web address? Have you been using this plugin for a long time?
Try disabling that plugin and see if you have the same problem. Better yet, delete the plugin, and see if you have the same problem. Then, if you need it, re-install it and see what happens. It could be a problem with the plugin being compatible.

In reply to: "featured Image" not working :-(I’d try the knowledge base for that particular theme then. Someone who uses it should certainly know how to make it work.
Maybe someone else here does. Was hoping, for you, that it was the image size.

In reply to: WordPress duplicate content questionOh, I see. Yeah, Google will drop pagerank of it sees that your content is the same on several pages online. But, it should just happen as the norm, unless you specifically post it in multiple places.
Are you duplicating the content from another site that you’re moving to WordPress? If not, it’s not likely something you need to worry about. You can put posts in as many categories as you want. It will still just create one instance of the content, just multiple ways of getting to the same page.

In reply to: How to remove the "continue reading" button?you could probably find a work around, but since Affair is a Commercial theme, I’d suggest referring to the Theme Forest support forums for your particular theme. Someone there can probably answer more easily.
Are you wanting to show the entire post on the home page? That would probably require more than simply removing the button.

In reply to: "featured Image" not working :-(Couple of ideas:
The image size you set could be too large for the slideshow there.
I’d start here though: http://support.themekraft.com/entries/21647926-slideshow, which is the support forum for that particular theme.
hope that helps.

In reply to: Favicon next to url? What browser are you using? I’m pretty sure Chrome doesn’t do the favicon on the url bar, so as to not allow it to be spoofed by the fake “secure” site icon shady sites will use.

In reply to: wanna change my avatar into a real picIf you mean your WordPress avatar, look underneath the red download tab on this page. There should be a link that says “view your profile.” Click on it. From there, you’ll see your profile and in the right side bar they’ll be a link that says “edit” (underneath “profile” and above “favorites”). click the Edit link, and then next to your current picture, it will say “edit your gravatar”, click that and go from there.
