Not having issues with spam comments. Just registration bots. Will investigate the suggested plug-ins.
Keith, Thanks for the follow-up. Will install your plug-in, and do another manual purge of the User database (sigh), and then see how your plug-in works.
Reading info at the Developer site I don’t believe it blocks User Registration spam.
User registration cleanup would be an excellent feature. Have 4K+ user accts. I suspect over half are spam accounts.
