thank you for the feedback and for the suggestion. Yes, I understand what you mean, and this would be useful especially for sites with a deeply nested page structure.
I think the best solution would be to make displaying the parent page title optional, so existing users would keep the current output by default. The preferred format could then be:
Page Title – Parent
I’ll look at adding this option in a next update of the plugin.
