I really like the plug in, its easy to use and does what I need it to do, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to add more to the title’s that are listed.

Is there a way to add the Parent for the Page title? A lot of my updates are nested and I’d like viewers to see where the page that was updated belongs.

If you look at the sidebar on the front page (as of September 23), you’ll see pages titles with this format

    “[05] Like La-Mulana”

I’d like to see if it’s possible to do something like

Parent “Page Title” or “Page Title” – Parent

    Preferably the second option.

    thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

thank you for the feedback and for the suggestion. Yes, I understand what you mean, and this would be useful especially for sites with a deeply nested page structure.

I think the best solution would be to make displaying the parent page title optional, so existing users would keep the current output by default. The preferred format could then be:

    Page Title – Parent

I’ll look at adding this option in a next update of the plugin.

Thank you for the suggestion and for using Recent Pages and Posts by MediaArt!

Thanks for taking the time to consider this! I’m looking forward to the next release.
