Yes they are are different.

In this screenshot you can see only the billing info and the shipping info exists on that order
I can see only the billing information but any shipping information is showing
Yes… That’s what I mean… I have ticked all boxes and don’t see the shipping info on the orders emails.

They told me that they will work on their plugin once yours is released to get theirs working with yours. I may have not expressed correctly when I told you that. As far as I can see they want to have everything working fine and let me tell you that they have your plugin in the top of their priorities as they (and thousands of people, including me) consider that your plugin is just GREAT.
