I’m assuming you mean the shipping information for the vendor order notifications?
Are you allowing the shipping information to be shown in emails? This is listed under WC Vendors > Settings > Capabilities > Orders
This is where the shipping information is taken for the emails.

Yes… That’s what I mean… I have ticked all boxes and don’t see the shipping info on the orders emails.

I can see only the billing information but any shipping information is showing

I’ve tested this on three different installs that are just
WooCommerce v3.4.1
WC Vendors v2.0.6
WordPress 4.9.6
StoreFront
The emails are sending and they all include the shipping and billing information. Are you able to test with just these active?
