Wow, a 1 star review without even reaching out for support.
I’m going to have to disagree with you. It works fine with 9.3.1. Are you using the checkout block? Because it isn’t compatible with the checkout block so it won’t appear on the checkout page. It does however tell you that on the plugin page.
Hi Todd, how have you modified it? Where would you need hooks and what data would you need supplied to these hooks?

In reply to: [Purchase Orders for WooCommerce] Emails not being receivedAgain as above, ensure that the order status in the plugin settings is NOT set to Payment Pending. If it is, WooCommerce will not send any new order emails. This is WooCommerce functionality, not the plugin.

Do your other order emails work? If not, then the issue is with your host. If they do, have you set the correct order status in the plugin settings? From the plugin notes: “Be aware that if you set the status to Pending, neither you nor the customer will receive an order email after checkout – this is standard WooCommerce functionality. By default, order emails will be sent when a status is changed from Pending to On Hold or Processing.”

Are you using the checkout block on your checkout page? If so, this plugin isn’t yet compatible with the checkout block and this payment option will not display.
It’s on the roadmap but there’s no timescale as yet on when it’ll be added.

Hi, sorry for the very late reply! I’m unable to replicate this at all unfortunately. Given the timescale mentioned in your post, I imagine you’ve moved to a different plugin by now but is there any more info you can give me to see if I can trigger the same error?

Hi! Sorry, haven’t visited the forums for a while.
That’s outside the scope of a payment gateway. There are plenty of other checkout fields plugins that could add it though.
