Not compatible with the lates Woocommerce version 9.3.1

    Unfortunately, this plugin is not working with the most current WooCommerce version. Purchase Order field is not showing as a payment method on the Checkout page, even though it is all set up correctly.

    Wow, a 1 star review without even reaching out for support.

    I’m going to have to disagree with you. It works fine with 9.3.1. Are you using the checkout block? Because it isn’t compatible with the checkout block so it won’t appear on the checkout page. It does however tell you that on the plugin page.

    I didn’t feel like submitting another ticket and waiting who knows how long. It’s frustrating when plugins are not working as expected. There was a message on the plugin, that the compatibility is not verified with Woocommerce version we were using (9.3.1). NO, we are not using checkout block- I did see that message.

    There is one question from 8 months ago that I replied to. It works fine in 9.3.1 on my site so let’s try and troubleshoot why it’s not working for you. Do you have any console errors or anything in the php error log? Have you tried reverting to the default Storefront theme and testing it with that?
