In reply to: [Mailchimp List Subscribe Form] won't accept list change, throws errorHey there, Mike.
That’s certainly odd. However, it sounds like you might need to update the lists in the plugin by going to “Settings” -> “MailChimp Setup” -> “Update Lists”.

If that doesn’t get it, would you mind shooting me a link to your page to have a peek at?

In reply to: [Mailchimp List Subscribe Form] "You must fill in Address" msg EVERY TIME!Hey again, Joe!
Alright, that’s definitely not supposed to happen. It looks like we’re not sending that address information over correctly. I’ve opened up a ticket with the developers to get this taken care of ASAP.
In the meantime, you might check out our embedded form as a temporary workaround.
How can I add my signup form to my website?: http://eepurl.com/gOGN
I appreciate the heads up on this, and I’ll let you know when I hear back from the devs about an update.
Cheers!
Whoooo!

In reply to: [Mailchimp List Subscribe Form] Datepicker Not working in WidgetGotcha!
Sounds like it, Glennyboy. :\
You might try to disable the Datepicker UI from the “Settings” -> “MailChimp Setup” area to see if that helps?
Give me a shout back if I can help with anything else.

Hey there!
After having a peek at the site, it appears that the general CSS has a rule for all inputs to have a minimum width of 210px. If you wanted to fix that specifically for MailChimp, you could add a “min-width: 0px;” style to that mc_input class.
After that, add your own width and have at it!
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Mailchimp List Subscribe Form] E-mail confirmationHey there!
Any chance you can shoot me a link to your site to check out?
Generally, this is not specific to the plugin, but rather a general issue. For some general troubleshooting tips, check out this link from our Knowledge Base:

In reply to: [Mailchimp List Subscribe Form] Change error and success textHey Maria!
This can be done by creating a custom translation for the plugin. We’ve got more information about how to set up a translation, here:

Let me know if that helps!

Hey there!
While I can’t really add much guidance on the placeholder text hack-around that you mention, there is another option that is supported by the MailChimp plugin. Essentially, you’d need to add a “Default Merge Value” to the fields in your MailChimp list. That would then be populated, automatically, in the fields for your plugin. This Knowledge Base article should help a bit with that:
How do I set default merge values (like Dear Customer)?: http://eepurl.com/hcDC
As far as the CSS for the page goes, would you mind sending me a link to have a peek at things? There might be some general suggestions I can provide with regard to getting the form to look a certain way!

In reply to: [Analytics360] Analytics360 no longer worksSorry about that, I wasn’t clear.
You mentioned you’ve reached out to MailChimp support a few times. I wanted to see if you could provide one of those ticket numbers so I could pull the MailChimp username from there. The ticket number should start with “LTK…”
Within your MailChimp account, if you go to “Reports” -> “Site Analytics360”. In the top right, you should see a date range. Click on that and then change the date so sometime before September and set the last date to today. That should take care of it.
If you do continue to see issues, feel free to open up another help ticket with MailChimp’s support and ask for me, by name. π

In reply to: [Analytics360] Analytics360 no longer worksHey Dave,
If you have one of the ticket numbers available, I’ll be happy to have a look at your account. I don’t want to ask you to put your username out in the open, so just the ticket number should give me what I need.
Look forward to having a closer look!

In reply to: [Analytics360] what is the GREY backgroundHey there!
I’m not seeing the same thing when I test the plugin in a couple of different environments. Is there any chance your plugin needs to be updated?
Here’s what I see in my test copy:
All traffic — http://cl.ly/image/3z3E1D1e1O1u
Email-only traffic — http://cl.ly/image/153O3z3k2r2mAdmittedly, I’m a bit behind on answering some of the questions here, but this plugin is still in development and should work! π
Let me know if you see any other weird behavior.
Cheers
Just want to check that you guys are running Version 1.3.0, correct? So far, I haven’t been able to replicate this after the update a few weeks ago.
Let me know if you’re still running into issues!
