In reply to: [Mailchimp List Subscribe Form] after login – sslv3 alert handshake failureHey there —
This looks like it’s an error coming from the authentication process. I’ve passed this along to our teams internally. An update to the plugin won’t be required to fix this, so I’ll keep you in the loop when I hear about this update.
Thanks for pointing out that SSLv3 issue, in particular.

In reply to: [MailChimp Goal for WordPress] Not trackingPlease feel free to reopen a ticket if you’re still seeing issues. Any additional details you can provide about the step-by-step process you’re using would be great to dig in, as well. It also just copies the javascript code that is used within MailChimp and plugs in a couple of variables.
If you don’t see it tracking with the plugin, give it a shot by copying/pasting that code directly from MailChimp, too.

In reply to: [MailChimp Goal for WordPress] Not trackingHello again!
So I’ve been doing some testing over the last day, but everything seems to be working as expected. For privacy reasons, Goal will not track members if they include a ‘Do Not Track’ header in with their request.
Once DNT was disabled, though, I did see the Goal tracking come through for my example account.

I don’t see any Goal tracking code on that site. Is the plugin enabled for that site?

Do you mind sending over a link to your site so I can grab some other troubleshooting information?
Thanks!

Can you provide a few other details about the workflow you’re using? Have you sent a campaign with Goal-tracking enabled that links back to your site? If you don’t mind, can you include a link to your site so I can have a look at things?
Thanks!

In reply to: [MailChimp Goal for WordPress] Error after installationHey again —
I just pushed an update that reorganized some of the code in the main settings file. As part of that, I got rid of the php short tags, which looks like it could have been causing problems.
Let me know if that doesn’t fix what you’re seeing!

Can you let me know if you’re using any other plugins and what version of WordPress you’re currently on? Happy to have a look at this!

In reply to: [MailChimp Goal for WordPress] Fatal error:Hey gang —
I added a check to see if the MailChimp class had already been loaded (since that includes everything about Folders and all that). If the class already exists, it won’t try to load a new version and then throw that error. From now on, the wrapper will only be loaded if the Mailchimp class doesn’t exist. 🙂
I also went ahead and tested on WordPress 4.0 just to be sure everything worked. Bumped the version number so you should have an update.
If you do see any other problems, drop me a line!
Cheers.

It sounds like there may be another MailChimp plugin included in your WordPress setup. Would you mind letting me know what other plugins you have installed and I’ll have a look at what’s going on. 🙂
Thanks!

I think we got this sorted out. I’ll be pushing the fix to everyone once I patch up a couple more things.
