Are you using the MC4WP integration?
Eg MC4WP > Integrations > Custom?
Or an integration that is build into the BuddyBoss plugin?
Thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Can I send auto response email?Hi,
If you use our Premium add-on you can create a MC4WP form that will directly send a response (via WordPress).
Via CF7 integration I can imagine you would be able to set something up by adding an interest group to the CF7 form and then triggering an email based on someone being added to the interest group.

To get help with the MailChimp.com side of things / setting up the email within MailChimp, I recommend to contact MailChimp support, they know best about their side of the system, I can only help with features that are part of our plugin.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Error – plugin memory conflict?Generally 126MB should be plenty of ram to run MC4WP and such on your Wodpress.
I agree that it’s most likely another plugin that is eating up he bulk of the memory. You can ask your hosting provider to help you debug this further. Unless you can show a memory leak or such within our plugin this is not something we can help you with.Kind regards,

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Plugin stopped workingI don’t think so, but without knowing the full and exact error message from your PHP error log I can’t say anything for sure.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] GDPR Sync IssueHi,
We have no control over “the compliance issue”, this is something only MailChimp can control as they are the one blocking this email from being subscribed after it’s unsubscribed. I’m surprised that they told you to ask us about that.
Once a user is unsubscribed, bounced or otherwise blacklisted MailChimp doesn’t offer us any way to re-subscribe that email over the API. I do believe it may be possible to re-susbcribe the user by manually adding it to your list or by using an embedded form.
Just for your information: I notice you may be using the old version of UserSync, as the new version of usersync doesn’t support subscribing and unsubscribing any longer. We do not provide support for the old UserSync plugin at this time.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
I would like to take a look at your settings as I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my own test setup. Can you please email me a link to this thread on support@ boxzillaplugin.com ?
Thank you!

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Double opt-in setupHi Simone,
I’m afraid this won’t be possible in our plugin. Double opt-in is either on, or off.
I recommend using 1 list (audience) and split that list in multiple interest groups. That way only 1 opt-in is needed.

To change that code to work on another integration method, see https://github.com/ibericode/mc4wp-snippets/blob/master/integrations/integration-slugs.mdHope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!
When I load your website I get the error:
custom_svg.js:320 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘trackUrlFragments’ of undefined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (custom_svg.js:320)
This error seems to be coming form your theme, not from our plugin.
