Hi,
Do you have access to your PHP error log? THere should be a more detailed error there. Can you let us know what the full error message is?
If you don’t know where to check that you can ask your hosting provider to forward the PHP error to you.

I updated my site to php 7.3.15. do you think that is causing this issue?
I don’t think so, but without knowing the full and exact error message from your PHP error log I can’t say anything for sure.

this is the debug log now
so I think the connection to mailchimp works normally now
but I don’t know why, after I submit the form, it shows blank page

Hi,
That’s the debug log for the MailChimp for WP API connection.
You can ask your hosting provider to forward the PHP error to you, or even better ask them how to access it yourself. Usually through a hosting control panel.
