No luck so far in gaining access to my site, but maybe some additional information may help you help me. The last time my user id and password worked was 12/12/14. At that point I had forgotten my password but remembered my user id which was “admin” so I was able to reset my password. When I enter “admin” now I get a message that this cannot be used as an id. And for whatever reason, my email address does not work as a id either. A possible explanation for all of this maybe that my site is down. If yo go to my website maryagria.com it comes up blank. Some kind of a conflict between created by a plug in has broken the link between the blank index page and the remainder of the site. Another maybe contributing issue is that I also have another wordpress site under the same email and a different id and password that does work properly but I sometimes think that the 2 sites complicate the matter. Does any of this help?

This is the old site that the WordPress site is to replace. IPOWER said to load WordPress thru Simple Scripts, build the site and then point? the url to the new site. The page that does come up is the WordPress dashboard with a thumbnail of the template Backmybook showing. Its url is http://www.maryagria.com/w-p.admin
