Can't see newly installed theme | WordPress.org

I am brand new to WordPress. I installed it as directed by my host, IPOWER through Simple Scripts; I have accessed the dashboard and installed a new theme, BackMyBook 1.5.3. The theme appears on the dashboard page as a thumbnail along with buttons which allow me to upload my profile photo, etc., but I cannot load the new site to preview the changes I am making. All I have access to is the Dashboard page of WordPress. What have I done wrong?

This is the old site that the WordPress site is to replace. IPOWER said to load WordPress thru Simple Scripts, build the site and then point? the url to the new site. The page that does come up is the WordPress dashboard with a thumbnail of the template Backmybook showing. Its url is http://www.maryagria.com/w-p.admin

You will need to remove the old site first (or at least rename the index.htm or index.html file from the old site. Alternatively, you could uninstall WordPress and then re-install it in a sub-folder.
