    Thank you for the heads up on that. There is a text resize button on each page for those who prefer to view in larger fonts.

    Maybe, but I’ve been there, and need the site to work. The plugin is easy to blame, but if it works with the default themes then it is likely the paid theme is handling things differently, and I consider it reasonable to expect their support crew would at least be interested in resolving any conflict.

    Elegant Themes are supposedly professional and their products look great, but I repeat, their support is rubbish.

    Yes the theme is the latest version and I hav’nt edited anything.

    Theory is great. And one of the reasons I went with Elegant Themes was that they tell us their support is excellent..

    In reality, any response is slow, depends on the whim of the team member, and consists of “turn off all plugins”

    I consider this to be inadequate and unreasonable, but tht doesn’t change the fact that after ten days I am still no nearer getting my site working.

    they’ll be getting some bad publicity on these forums if my site doesn’t work soon though.

    The plugin has been updated and we’re testing it right now.

    In addition my host is running php 5.2.16, which is not supported by 3.2

    No, the theme is not modified.
    Does the segment of code show where there may be an error?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    It is the TNG WordPress integation module which has been updated for the newest versions of both TNG and WordPress. Works fine with the twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven themes.
    The following is te code which the plugin uses to inject the content:

    /************************************************
    * *
    * OUTPUT THE TNG PAGE *
    * *
    * mbtng_use_tng_homepage *
    * mbtng_frontend_header *
    * mbtng_frontend_footer *
    * mbtng_fake_post *
    * mbtng_output_page *
    * mbtng_buffer_start *
    * mbtng_buffer_end *
    * mbtng_discard_output *
    * mbtng_eval_php *
    ************************************************/

    Thank you for that, it is much appreciated.

    In fact the items appearing above the header are being injected from a non wordpress component of my site using a plugin.

    The plugin is also injecting into the page body below the header thought here are some oddities there too, most notably the sidebar is pushed below the page content.

    What I don’t know is where to correct this echo and then to correct the sidebar issue. Any ideas?

    Thank you kmessinger,

    Mojo are unable to help because it is not one of their themes.. And Elegant Themes without even looking at the site, insist I should look elsewhere. I have to say I’m disappointed with their attitude to this problem which I first asked their help on Sunday. I have two responses from the same advisor who simply says go look elsewhere.

    I came here for help as a last resort because I have nowhere else to turn. So if anyone can take a look for me, it really would be appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Sorry for the error in my original post.
    The plugin works as expected with Twenty Ten, and I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins while using my preferred theme, but the content is still appearing at the top of the screen, with the header at the bottom.

    You can see the problem here:

    I have only been working with WP for a week and this is proving beyond me, so if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks
