Hi @carolm29

This plugin is free here https://wordpress.org/plugins/cart2cart-universal-store-migration-app/ and that’s what I used. Then, we “shopped migration” on their official website: https://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/

One point that comes back to me, the migration took time because the connection was not happening and I contacted their support who took control and had access to the database.

In fact, the problem is not limited to the list of products that I gave but I confirm that this happens following a customer order so I am thinking of a change in stock.

Last point, I duplicated the site on a subdomain and also copied the database via phpMyAdmin and strangely, the weight of the copy of the database is half less than the original one.

I am waiting at the same time for a return from @doublezed2 on what I sent him.

Yes it seems that it is the Wix migration that is at fault but no idea on the reasons. We used the Cart2Cart service because Wix does not facilitate the migration at all.

Another clarification, I really have the impression that this bug appears after an order. Let me explain. Not all products are affected by this bug but only some, here is the list:

KMISS KENZ
Faracha Amira
CAFTAN MALIKI
MANCHETTES CORDON
CAFTAN YASMINE
CAFTAN SOLTANA
CAFTAN ANGÉLIQUE

I have a strong feeling that these particular products are affected by this bug after a customer ordered them. I’m not 100% sure but almost.

For staging, I will duplicate the site and simulate an order for these products in particular with the same configuration then deactivating all plugins except woo and with the default theme.

I’ll try to get this done as quickly as possible and get back to you. If in the meantime you have any leads, don’t hesitate to let me know.

Yes, I confirm.

No problem with new variable product.

The Product content details plugin returns a custom shortcode that returns acf fields in the product sheet (eg: SHIPPING & RETURNS).

Thank you for your reply.

The problem is that the staging will not be in real conditions regarding customer orders.

However, I spotted 4 or 5 products for which the bug recurred and I set up a page which lists the meta of these products. The first thing that jumps out at me is the presence of values for Yoast even though this plugin has never been installed, we use SeoPress. For the rest I don’t know if there are values. There are other values (in French) that are created by ACF (custom fields).

Clean Up Transients:Done but but they come back in numbers after cleaning

Check Stock Settings: I confirm that it is activated. This only happens on certain products. But I have the impression that this happens after an order

Database and Theme Check: For the theme it is impossible for me to switch to another because the site is in production

Le fait de choisir de payer via Google Pay, par exemple, sur la page de paiement nous permet de payer sans forcément choisir un point relai; ce qui est embêtant car le client peut oublier de choisir son point relai.

Le bouton Commander est bien remplacé par Veuillez sélectionner un point relai mais comme nous n’utilisons pas ce bouton dans le cas d’un paiement express Google ou Apple cela s’avère inutile.

Je ne sais pas si quelque chose peut être fait dans une prochiane mise à jour.
