I’ve noticed the quotes in your shortcode is incorrect. Copy the code of clock one more time and make sure you’ve done that I wrote above.

Now you can turn off the seconds of your clock – just update the plugin via your admin dashboard (Plugins directory). Then add the show_seconds=”false” string to your shortcode. I think you’ve placed the clock’s shortcode as a text.
To display the clock, you must place the shortcode into content area or shortcode area. NOT like text.
Please, wite back when you make the changes.
